"I have had plenty of instances where I am presented with a new injury or asked by athletes 'how do I make my hip stop hurting'.  What is great about the Pain Free Running eBook, is that instead of needing to search through website after website, the correct information is available in one spot for the majority of common running injuries.  It provides both a brief explanation of the condition and description of the exercises one should do in order to address their problem. Research-Based Discussion

Explanations of the most relevant research to discuss the best treatments for common running injuries.

Who am I?

I’m a sports certified physical therapist and I’m passionate about running. I’ve worked for nearly a decade as a physical therapist, with the majority of my time dedicated to athletes, particularly distance runners.

I understand the mentality of a distance runner because I am a distance runner. I competed as a collegiate athlete throughout my undergraduate studies, then went on to find the love of the marathon and the half marathon distances.

I know how frustrating it is to be told to “rest” when you have an injury and I want to help you to know what you can do to facilitate recovery faster and what to do to keep your body active in the meantime.

Many of the injuries that I cover in this ebook I have personally been plagued with at some point in my running career. I’ve had experience with all of them as I have worked on patients who have suffered with these injuries.

My research and experience have taught me what patients can do to help facilitate their own recovery and I want to share these tips with you.

Get Back to Running ASAP

Stop looking through website after website trying to find accurate and helpful information. The information in this eBook is direct and complete in helping you from the early stages of starting a new program, through injuries you might encounter, how to fully return to running after these injuries, and how to prevent these injuries in the future.

With rising healthcare costs, this eBook can save you hundreds. Most people have high deductible insurance plans or copays that make it beyond reasonable to seek medical care. Most treatment plans require many sessions and the costs of each session add up.

For less than the cost of most single co pays, at only $24.99 this book gives you advice that will save you the time and money that you might otherwise spend on appointments for treatment of many common running injuries.

Don’t suffer any longer.  You deserve to run healthy and happy!
